AFFS/Government has determined that Airgas USA LLC is the soure that can satisfy the agency requirement. The requirement is to supply all the various gases used thru -out aircraft maintenance using the provided government owned cylinders. Airgas will deliver full cylinders and remove empty ones and take to their gas fill facility to refill. Airgas will make sure all cylinders have been static tested IAW applicable regulations. Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon, Liquid Nitorgen is the most common. Only one responsible source and no other suppliers or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement, The closing date for this is April 1, 2024 @ 2:00 pm CST. This is a notice of intent, not a request for competitive quote. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than April 1, 2024 @ 2:00 pm CST AFFS/Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred by interested parties in responding to this intent.
