This is a sole-source contract action to provide IT services during a transition period before requirements migrate to the DoDNet initiative. The DoDNet initiative, led by DISA, aims to consolidate disparate Defense Agency IT architectures into a single, centralized service provider architecture. The requirement is driven by a 2019 directive from the Deputy Secretary of Defense. The services support the Defense Contract Management Agency's (DCMA) common-use IT, which is currently part of the disparate architectures being converged.
