The nature of this action is to award a firm-fixed-price (FFP) sole source bridge contract for a base period of six (6) months in order to avoid a break in service for DCMA’s IT Operations Services Support. The task order will also include FAR 52.217-8 that allows for the Government to extend the term of the order by up to six (6) months for circumstances unforeseen by the Contracting Officer. This extension will ensure continued support during the award period of the follow-on contract. The follow-on contract is anticipated to be awarded in March of 2023.
