The nature of this action is to award a firm-fixed-price (FFP) sole source bridge contract for a base period of six (6) months in order to avoid abreak in service for DCMA’s Cybersecurity Services Support. The task order will also include FAR 52.217-8 that allows for theGovernment to extend the term of the order by up to six (6) months for circumstances unforeseen by the Contracting Officer. This extension willensure continued support during the award period of the follow-on contract. The follow-on contract is anticipated to be awarded in January of 2023.
