This is a SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT to determine the availability and technical capability of small businesses (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, HUBZone Small Businesses and Woman Owned Small Businesses) to provide the required products and/or services. The primary objective of this acquisition is for the Government to acquire technical and engineering support from a vendor with an active Secret facility clearance to modernize the Enterprise Messaging (EM) capability. The Government requires rapid development and deployment of the EM capability within two (2) years. UPDATE ON FEBRUARY 28, 2022: The DISA Enterprise Messaging Modernization and Engineering Support requirement will be competed as unrestricted using the SETI ID/IQ. The Government anticipates posting an RFP in March 2022 to the SETI Full and Open and SETI Small Business vendors. Due to system limitations the response due date had to be updated/cleared to post the above additional information. The Government is NOT asking for additional responses.
