The Virginia Contracting Activity intends to solicit and negotiate a nine month period of performance for two task orders based on the authority of FAR Part 6.302-2, Unusual and Compelling Urgency. These task orders will be under the Solutions for Information Technology Enterprise (SITE) III IDIQ Contact. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with CACI for Analytic Modernization (AMOD) Agile Software Development Support and with BAE for Mission Ecosystem Microservice Environment (MEME). The AMOD Task Order is HHM402-21-D-0010/0002 and the MEME Task Order is HHM402-21-D-0008/0002. These short-term task orders will allow time for a new task order competition to be completed under the SITE III IDIQ. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement or proposal which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. These two requirements have a period of performance from 16 May to 15 November 2023. This will allow the Chief Information Office (CIO) to ensure continuity of essential services during the transition to a new task order under SITE III.
