Contractor shall provide all management, licensing, transportation, tools, supplies, equipment, supervision and personnel/labor necessary to perform medical biohazardous waste collection, disposal services, and cleaning as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the 633d Medical Group (633 MDG) Medical Treatment Facility (MTF), Veterinary Clinic, Physical Therapy, and Satellite Pharmacy on Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), Langley Air Force Base (LAFB), Virginia (VA) in a manner that shall ensure continuous and reliable service. This contract will be for a period of a base year and three (3) option years.
