This is a SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT to determine the availability and technical capability of small businesses and large businesses (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, HUBZone Small Businesses and Woman Owned Small Businesses) to provide the required products and/or services. The White House Communication Agency (WHCA) is seeking information for potential sources for Network Engineering, Operations and Maintenance Support Services for the White House Communications Agency Telecommunications Network (WHCATN). The WHCATN consists of the White House Mobility Network, White House (Secure/Non-secure) Voice Networks, White House Wide Area Network, White House Local Area Network, and White House Washington Area System. The WHCATN continues to grow in size, scope, mission and complexity. The Enterprise Network Command/Special Mission Command has been given the responsibility for Information Technology (IT) Tier I-III support in leading, planning, projecting, developing, designing, monitoring, analyzing, provisioning, installing, testing, troubleshooting, evaluating, accepting, documenting, and developing the transition for the current and future state of the WHCATN, in order to accomplish the agency mission. The new contract will begin approximately 1 August 2022 thru 31 July 2023 with four (4) one-year option periods.
