The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Defense Spectrum Organization (DSO) is seeking information for potential sources for Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) and Spectrum Supportability (SS) Training Support to the Department of Defense (DoD) Chief Information Officer (CIO), the Joint Staff, the Services, and other DoD Components through: Management of the DoD E3 and SS Training Program Development, coordination, and delivery of E3 training and education to the DoD Components .The DSO’s E3 and SS Training Support program provide support for the development, delivery, maintenance, and update of E3 training products including, but not limited to, training courses, seminars, information briefings, DVDs, and distance learning modules. The contractor shall deliver up to 25 on-site classroom and virtual training courses per year utilizing qualified training instructors. The E3 and SS Training Support program develops material in support of the Joint Spectrum Center (JSC)-sponsored web pages and maintain a web-based information system to centralize E3 and SS training materials, curriculum, information, etc. This program also develops and maintains training material content in support of distance learning and web-based sites such as the Defense Acquisition University (DAU) and Joint Knowledge Online (JKO) acquisition websites; provides support for the planning and execution of the E3 Training Working Group (WG) meetings.
