DISA is seeking information, industry insights, and technical capability statements from qualified vendors to support the full lifecycle of a modernized Enterprise Messaging (EM) capability. This effort is part of the Net-Centric Enterprise Services portfolio and is critical to DoD information-sharing and Joint Information Environment goals. The anticipated work requires continuous 24/7/365 contractor support to ensure a resilient, scalable, and highly secure infrastructure aligned with DISA operational standards and joint-warfighter requirements.
