Notice of Intent to Establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement REQUIREMENT: The requirement is to establish a BPA to purchase MIL-STD 1553 cards part number BU-6711i400R-JL0. CLIN 0001: MIL-STD 1553 cards part number BU-6711i400R-JL0 Delivery: 16 weeks after each call Ordering Period: 60 Months ARO Place of Performance: Robins AFB Inspection/Acceptance: Destination/Destination FOB: Destination OEM: Data Device Corporation BPA Estimated Dollar Limit: $172,455.00 BPA Call Limit: $25,000.00 It is understood and agreed that this BPA obligates the government only to the extent that authorized calls are actually made against it and then only when delivery against such calls has been completed. PURCHASE (CALL) LIMITATION: Individual purchase (call) placed against this agreement shall not exceed $25,000 per call. (Each Vendor must respond with pricing and delivery information via email within 3 days) The Contracting Officer will provide the Contractor a list of individuals authorized to purchase/request service under this BPA identified by organizational component, and the dollar limitation per purchase for each individual. Period of Performance: 1 (one) 60 Month Ordering Period, with PoP of 60 Months. The Government intends to establish one agreement for this BPA requirement to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Data Device Corporations, as they do not authorize resellers at this time. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Please respond by stating your company’s acceptance of the BPA or by declining to accept the BPA.
