PSD is seeking information for potential sources to develop, configure, and deploy a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solution that will provide a more efficient and effective solution to manage late requirements. This RPA tool is intended to provide a portal to manage the End of Fiscal Year Late Waiver process. The portal will have the capability to send automated emails to different personnel during the approval process and publish a final signed document. Additionally, the portal must be able to track all late waiver forms and provide a consolidated list of those currently in process, disapproved, and approved. The portal would be accessible world-wide via Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) to authorized Non-classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNET) users.
