The objective of the current project is to innovate the DISA’s existing FAMIS-WCF capability, customize or create new software baseline, and provide sustainment services. DISA is entering a phase of continued development, modernization, and enhancement throughout its business processes and systems environment. In an effort to drive continued growth and financial management transformation for FAMIS-WCF, DISA is moving past solely a sustainment of operations, with a continued focus on development, modernization, and enhancement. Future work for FAMIS-WCF should include a combination of innovative efforts focused on continued operations, training, and infrastructure management; cloud-hosting; digital workforce (robotics and artificial intelligence) to improve automation; business process re-engineering and improvements; and a focus on delivering critical high-priority Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) Comptroller mandates which have a direct and lasting effect on FAMIS-WCF accounting and operations. Update: The DISA FAMIS-WCF requirement will be competed using the full and open suite of the SETI ID/IQ. The Government anticipates posting a RFP in March 2021 to the SETI Full and Open vendors. Due to system limitations the response due date had to be updated/cleared to post the above additional information. The Government is NOT asking for additional responses.
