This is a SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT to determine the availability and technical capability of small businesses (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, HUBZone Small Businesses and Woman Owned Small Businesses) to provide the required products and/or services. The Audio and Visual (A\V) department (FE21) at DISA Headquarters is seeking information for potential sources to provide a full range of A\V services to DISA Headquarters and the COOP sites. Additionally, provide engineering, design, installation, and Tier 3 support to 4th Estate (4E) Information Technology (4ENO) agencies and DISA field sites. The A\V department is requiring expert level experience providing operational, engineering, architectural, design, sustainment, maintenance, and repair services to support A\V, Video Tele Conferencing (VTC), conference rooms and Visual Information (VI) services. 4ENO and DISA field site locations are expected to be added throughout the lifecycle of this contract. Places of performance are listed in the attached draft PWS and the anticipated start of the contract is late November 2020.
