The Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) requires contractor support to achieve dependable and secure networks that support the Agency in its Contract Management mission. The contractor shall provide network and technical support services in order to ensure the availability, reliability, integrity and security of DCMA's enterprise network spanning approximately 370 locations worldwide. Enterprise network support services include DCMA's Wide Area Network (WAN) and Local Area Network (LAN) Infrastructure requiring support for operations and maintenance, installation and turn-up, security compliance, configuration control, design recommendations for upgrades to key systems and support for all associated network equipment. Associated network equipment and technologies include approximately 2000 routers and switches, WAN optimizers, firewalls, Video teleconferencing (VTC), wireless network infrastructure (WiFi), telecommunications circuits, Voice over IP (VoIP), servers, storage, and network management tools and applications therein. This support further includes 24x7 Network Operations Center (NOC) monitoring, alerting, reporting, and escalation management of enterprise network operational assets and availability. Support includes ‘common' support activities such as implementing cyber security, manage and maintain availability of production network management tools and systems, supporting non-production (ATC)/production testing & integration activities, change management, performance monitoring and compliance support activities, inventory management for all network equipment both installed and spare. The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) is the procurement Agency for this requirement. DITCO intends to solicit through the General Services Administration (GSA) Streamlined Technology Application Resource for Services (STARS) II contract vehicle as a competitive 8(a) small business set-aside. This procurement is being conducted under the 'fair opportunity' requirements of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 16.505. The Government intends the period of performance to be an 11 month base period plus four one-year option periods.
