This solicitation is for a multiple year Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for the acquisition of the following NSN 6140-01-591-3559 (Battery Storage) base plus 1 option year not to exceed 24 months or $250,000.00 whichever occurs first. This solicitation will be available for download on the DLA Internet Bid Board Systems (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFQ/ on or about 6/5/2020; however, DIBBS quotations are not acceptable for this solicitation. Quotes must be submitted on hard copy of the RFQ and emailed to the attention of Elaine McFarland at elaine.mcfarland@dla.mil. NOTE: Though this is an RFQ, the solicitation can only be found by searching the RFP/IFB Database in DIBBS. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The proposed contract is a Total Small Business Set Aside acquisition. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Specifications will be available through DIBBS. Proposed procurement contains a 0% option for increased quantities. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total duration (Base plus option year) shall not exceed 2 years. An alternate source must submit data and be approved by the cognizant Government engineering activity.
