Carson and Associates for program support for the Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS) Nuclear Command and Control (NC2) Staff Assessment Visit (SAV) program. This requirement is in support of the US Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) Nuclear Command Control and Communications (NC3) Enterprise Center (NEC). A sole source Justification & Approval document is being coordinated and, upon approval, a copy of it will be posted here on beta.SAM.gov to comply with the public display requirements of FAR 6.305.
