NO OTHER OFFERS WILL BE ACCEPTED. The scope of this project includes the replacement of 300 sq. ft. of roofing, fully cleaning the existing EDPM roof, re-adhere any seams and overlaps prior to installing new fluid applied membrane. Thermal scans to be conducted as well to identify any wet areas. If wet areas are found, cut out the area and replace insulation and single ply EDPM membrane with new, matching existing height and thickness. Remove all existing walk pads and prep areas for new fluid applied membrane. New fluid applied membrane will be installed over all existing EDPM single ply membrane surfaces, vertical and horizontal and incidental related work Performance is to take place on at Naval Submarine Base New London in Groton, CT
