New work includes installation of new HVAC system and associated ductwork, air handling unit, housekeeping pad (as needed to accommodate the new outdoor air conditioning equipment), controls, mini-split type unit, and accessories, including transportation and disposal of removed items, and all associated and incidental work as required to provide complete and quality design and construction. This solicitation is targeted exclusively to the participating vendors under the NAVFAC Washington $750M 8(a) MACC.
