Solicitation Number: 6019468 Notice Type: Synopsis: This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid for the Maintenance and Repair of Boilers, Associated Services and Distribution located at the New London Naval Submarine Base, Groton CT. The work includes, but is not limited to, providing all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide the services for the Boiler Maintenance and Repairs. The work will be accomplished under a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Non-recurring, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. The contract term will be a base period of twelve (12) months plus four twelve (12) month options. The first task order will serve as the minimum guarantee and the beginning of the base periods 365-day period of performance. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror with the lowest priced proposal. The Solicitation will be available on or about 22 May 2024 for downloading. The Government will only accept offers from small business concerns. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 238220 and the annual Small Business size standard is $19,000,000 in annual receipts.
