The system is delivered in 3 ruggedized transport cases. System includes 1-year system subscription license, full system warranty, technical support, system upgrades and access to expanding scenario library. Includes training and delivery. This is a stand-alone unit and does not integrate into the DoD domain, or equal to the salient characteristics. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
