DLA Weapons Support (Warren) is conducting a Sources Sought/RFI to identify sources capable of supplying an Electronic Component, also called BPU Installation Assembly, A3 (NSN 5998-01-728-9914, P/N 13102034). This is not a formal solicitation or request for proposals. Delivery will be FOB Destination with a schedule of 300 DARO. Interested firms should provide company/contact information, CAGE code, business size, capability statement, manufacturing capabilities, ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent certification, estimated lead time, and a rough order of magnitude cost estimate for the specified quantity, including any payment or quantity discounts. Because the item is export-controlled, firms must be certified under the US/Canada Joint Certification Program and request TDP access via SAM.gov; JCP certification should take no more than one week.
