The FOB point is Origin; Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. The required delivery is 138 days ARO. This Request for Proposal (RFP) will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Solicited as restricted competitive basis. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Your best price and delivery is requested for the aforementioned part number based on a total quantity of 121 each. This correspondence constitutes a letter solicitation inasmuch as past experience with your firm revealed that prior proposals contained advice that the terms and conditions of your most recent Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) would apply to any resultant award.
