The RFP includes one option: Option #1: Demolish oversized/non-functional closed circuit evaporative coolers CCEC-3 and CCEC-4. Cap piping and electrical conduits at the platform. Transport, dispose of, and recycle all waste materials in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
