This Request for Proposal (RFP) Solicitation, W912CH-24-R-0207, is a 100% small business set-aside and will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price Five-Year Requirements Type Contract for the procurement of the following: NOUN NSN Quantity PIN, STRAIGHT, HEADED 5315-01-669-8719 EST. 738 EA 2. Technical Data Package (TDP) is adequate for competitive procurement. 3. Packaging Requirements are listed in SECTION D - PACKAGING AND MARKING, D.01 PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS (SELECTIVE GROUP PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS). 4. Contractor is authorized to ship early with no quantity restrictions and at no additional cost to the Government. 5. First article testing and approval is not required for this procurement. 6. Interested Offerors shall submit a proposal via e-mail to the Contract Specialist (ciara.l.woodard-brown.civ@army.mil) and cc the corresponding Contracting Officer (katherine.e.macfarland.civ@army.mil) with subject header: Proposal Submission- W912CH-24-R-0207 (Company Name). Once a proposal is received, the Contract Specialist and or the Contracting Officer will reply to the respective Offeror stating receipt of proposal submission. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a mailing list. The burden is therefore on any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the proposal.
