The project is comprised of Administrative Building, Dog Kennel, Quarantive Kennel, Dog Training/support fenced areas. Administrative Building includes Kennel Master Offices, Conference Room, Multi-Purpose Room, Handlers Office, Sleep room for handlers required to day overnight, Kitchen/Break room, Treatment room, mechanical electrical and IT/COM area. Dog Kennel contains Dog House, Interior Kennel, Exterior Kennel and Food Storage/Food Preparation. Quarantine Kennel covers four interior kennels. Dog trainer/support fenced areas include outdoor storage, dog break areas optional portable explosive storage and obedience course. The scope of the project also includes the demolition of existing buildings. Existing kennel building 4919, 4923 and 2924, which cover a total of 2,703 square feet, need to be demolished and removed. The project delivery method is to be completed by Design Bid Build (DBB).
