Tantara Corporation Description of the work: The work for this project includes repair of exterior wythe of brick masonry at Building 38 and steel lintel replacement and incidental related work. BASE BID: The base bid will only include brick masonry being replaced with brick masonry. ALTERNATE (ADDITIVE) BID: The alternate (additive) bid allows replacement of the brick between the brick piers with running bond CMU courses.
