The intent of this notice is to identify potential offerors for market research purposes and receive relevant feedback/questions concerning the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Any organization responding to this Sources Sought Notice should ensure that its response is complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine the organization's qualifications to perform the work. **************************************************************** 10. b. The work includes, but is not limited to, the Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform Facility Investment HVAC/DDC services for a certain number of facilities located at Naval Air Station Jacksonville Florida. The Contractor shall perform maintenance, repair, alteration, minor construction and demolition on facilities, systems, ground structures and other assets; such as: Building Systems: -HVAC -Boilers (excluding Central Utility Plant Boilers) Additional information can be found in attached PWS. **************************************************************** Procurement Method: Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR 13.5), 8(a) Program (FAR 19.8) **************************************************************** The NAICS Code for this procurement is 238220 and the annual size standard is $16.5M. **************************************************************** The contract term will be a base period of one year plus one option year. Only the base period of the contract will offer a minimum guarantee. If the Government does not award a follow-on contract in time, the Government may require the Contractor to continue performance for an additional period up to six months under the Option to Extend Services clause. **************************************************************** This contract will replace a contract for similar services awarded in 2018 for $3,570,850.53. **************************************************************** The proposed contract listed here is 100 percent 8(a) set-aside.
