The intent of this notice is to identify potential offerors for determining if commercial sources are available to meet the government need. The Washington Navy Yard has approximately 4,300 parking spaces in both garages and street parking. Some of this parking is restricted to specific positions or groups of individuals. The purpose of this sources sought is to identify if there is a commercial source able to survey all existing parking on the Washington Navy Yard and develop a parking management system to include a web hosted reservation system with zoned parking areas and spaces that are restricted to specific users. Develop a plan to monitor parking reservation usage vs actual spot usage. Interested parties should respond no later than 45 days from release of this announcement.
