This requirement is for the maintenance of two 360K SkyWatch Towers purchased in 2018 from FLIR Detection, Inc. to assist in our physical detection capabilities for the Mass Parking Area at Offutt AFB... This requirement is for the maintenance of two 360K SkyWatch Towers purchased in 2018 from FLIR Detection, Inc. to assist in our physical detection capabilities for the Mass Parking Area at Offutt AFB post flood and runway move. Currently, the SkyWatch’s are under warranty until 1 March 2020. The SkyWatch Towers have had several mechanical and equipment failures, causing FLIR to visit Offutt AFB four times in the last year for maintenance. Standalone problems currently cost more per visit to repair. Therefore, it would be more cost effective for 55 SFS to purchase a service plan that will provide maintenance for any potential equipment failure on the SkyWatch Towers between 1 Mar and 30 Sep 20.
