Two of the pumps shall also have the motor replaced. The existing pump condition consists of excessive seal water leakage due to age and wear of the packing seals and the sealing surface within the pump housing. The pumps are to be fully replaced with new supplied pumps with mechanical seals, as opposed to upgrading the existing pumps to mechanical seals.
