Below is a quick view of the Statement of Objectives. Please see the attached formal solicitation for more info. Sneeze Guards: inspect and repair or replace acrylic sheets as required. Work will be considered complete when the gap in the sneeze guard is repaired. Steam Jacketed Kettle: inspect and repair or replace pipes and hardware as required. Currently there is an issue with the pivot point of the machine. North Hot Wells: issue appears to be electrical. Inspect and repair as required. The wells have broken knobs and will not heat. Main Line Wells: issue appears to be electrical. Inspect and repair as required. There are broken knobs and it does not heat up the well. Garbage Disposals: appears to be electrical and hardware issues. Inspect and repair as required. There are two disposals and neither of them will turn on (locations are Dish room and Pots & Pans room).
