All quotes will need to be emailed to betty.kliewer.ctr@us.af.mil NLT 10/18/22 11AM Central. ASRC Federal is the Prime Contract for purchasing on government behalf, therefore there is vendor forms that are attached that will need to be completed before an award can be made. The payment terms will need to be set up as Net 30 if a small business and Net 45 if a large business and invoice maybe submitted once government has recieved item and installation has been completed. ASRC Federal nor Government will incur any cost for obtaining any quotes.
