This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. FOB Destination shall be Joint Base Lewis McChord, WA 98433 The MICC End User requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: 8LKM, 3-Stage, Oil Lubrication Vertical Turbine Pump with 40 HP, WP1, VHS Motor with NRR: 40 HP, 3-stage, oil lubricated, 18 foot long sump pump, with nominal pump speed of 3500 RMP, rated at 350 USgpm @ 270.0 ft TDH, 6 inch discharge flange. Bowl assembly shall be cast iron with threaded connection to column assembly. Bowl bearings shall be bronze. Bowl shall have 3 dynamically balanced stainless steel impellers with a shaft diameter of at least 1.125”. Assembly shall include a clip on stainless steel suction strainer basket and sand collar. Sump pump column assembly shaft shall be threaded schedule 40 (.280 inch thick) carbon steel, at least 6” in diameter and 15 feet in length. Lineshaft shall be 1 inch stainless steel, oil lubricated, with bronze bearings, and stainless steel couplings. Discharge head assembly shall be 6”x12”- “A” Head, cast iron, with discharge flange rating at #125, overall discharge head height of at least 17.325in and centerline discharge of approximately 7.625 in. Driver shaft coupling shall be threaded stainless steel. Driver motor shall be 40HP, 3600 RPM, WPI, 3/60Hz460V. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. MICC End User is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids.
