Configuration Control and Higher Level Quality Management do not apply. This is not an Enhanced Export Control Item. The acquisition is unrestricted other than full & open competition. This is a sole source item coded 3-D. This agency does not possess the technical data package for this National Stock Number to evaluate alternate offers. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, SPS Technologies, Inc., CAGE 56878, interested in submitting a proposal for this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR), package for evaluation for future procurements. The SAR package will not be considered for the current procurement. The Government intends to place a firm-fixed price, no options contract; the issue date is 28 October 2022, closing on 28 November 2022.
