The Air Force intends to award a sole source contract to Watermark Risk Assessment International LLC for Enterprise Protection Risk Management (EPRM) training and risk assessment services at Schriever Space Force Base. The work includes training on the IDRMP/risk assessment process, criticality assessment, threat assessment, risk tolerance, COA determination, and support for the final risk acceptance report to the Installation Commander. This sole source approach is justified because Watermark is the only vendor able to provide both the risk assessment and required training for program managers, avoiding an estimated cost of approximately $100,000 annually that would result from relying on other companies. The anticipated solicitation issuance date is on or about 08 Sep 2026. Interested parties may submit capability statements, but the Government does not intend to award to any other contractor.
