The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, temporary facilities, storage containers, vehicles, equipment, radios, furnishing, tools, rental equipment, etc., ... The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, temporary facilities, storage containers, vehicles, equipment, radios, furnishing, tools, rental equipment, etc., and other items and services necessary to perform all of the JBSA lodging facilities HVAC/Remediation inspection, maintenance, and repair of Air Force real property with an expected workload of 1000 work-orders annually between Lackland and Randolph AFB. The contractor shall furnish heavy equipment as necessary in performance of this contract. (see attached draft PWS)
