The United States Government is interested in leasing a property (land only) in the state of Washington in the vicinity of the City of Vancouver to the City of Woodland between the I-5 and I-205 corridors. In order for property to be considered it must meet the following minimum requirements: The property must be in the state of Washington. The property must be located within the city proper of Vancouver, Salmon Creek, Ridge field or Woodland or within 0.5 miles of I-5 or I-205. The property must be a minimum of 0.36 acres in size. The topography of the property must lend itself able to support a 2,900 square foot modular structure. It must also have 4,000 square feet for a fenced parking area and an additional 9,100 square feet of general parking. Onsite hookups to utility services (electric, sanitary, water, and broadband internet) or able to be extended from nearby services. The owner of the property must be willing to sign a right-of-entry to allow Governmental personnel and contractors access onto the property to determine its suitability, which may include subsurfaceinvestigations. Lease Term: Five (5) years, one (1) year firm with four (4) rights to renew each subsequent year thereafter. The right to renew is reserved to the Government. Special Considerations: Existence and condition of vehicular access. Past use of the property and compatibility with existing development. Landlord's willingness to lease with option years. Status of known or suspected presence of hazardous, environmental, and historic encumbrances.
