STATEMENT OF WORK FOR Registration no. 97L00079 Tank, Truck, Aircraft Refueling 6000 gal. VIN no. 4V2PCBNE3VR725644 DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: - The contractor will remove water, hydraulic and electrical connections from engine. Remove engine radiator assembly. Supply and install reconditioned engine assembly complete. Connect all water, hydraulic and electrical connections, Reinstall radiator assembly, Reinstall coolant, oil, hydraulic, and electrical connections Test all operational functions. - Contractor shall restore engine to original manufacturer specifications for run ability. A technical inspection will be performed. After repair, equipment must meet OEM standards in regards to materials and function. - Contractor shall charge labor and parts. - Contractor must notify Vehicle Management in the event there is a need for additional repairs or associated costs. - FARM personnel will arrange transportation to and from contractor via JBMDL POL department personnel.
