The Government intends a sole-source, six-month bilateral extension of services with Open San Consulting, LLC (OSC Edge) for the Command and Control the Information Environment (C2IE) program. The extension is needed to prevent an immediate and critical gap in service and maintain essential continuity of operations. It will allow the Government to finalize the transition and award of a follow-on 8(a) sole-source contract to an Alaska Native Corporation entity, which has already been offered to and accepted by the SBA. The action will be executed as a Firm-Fixed-Price bilateral modification using negotiated fair and reasonable rates based on the current Year 3 pricing structure.
