DLA Troop Support Philadelphia, Construction and Equipment Supply Chain has a requirement for the Field Sanitation Kit under NSN 4540-01-578-4352. This requirement will be solicited through a Request for Proposal (RFP), with the intent of awarding an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract with a two year base and 3 one year option terms. The Field Sanitation Kit is a preventative Medicine Kit that provides the end user with preventative medicine items down to the individual issue level (i.e. insect repellent, water purification, etc.) that can be carried with them on all deployments. This acquisition will be issued as a small business set-aside under FAR 13.5 Simplified procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. "Price Only" source selection procedures will be utilized. This is a DLA direct acquisition with a required delivery of 90 days ADO. This requirement is subject to the requirement of the Buy American Statute/Balance of Payments Program. Anticipated issue date for the RFP is 05/30/2025. This is a fully competitive item with an AMC, AMSC code of 1G. The drawings for this kit are attached to this notice. The Government anticipates issuing a long-term contract with a 2 year base with three (1) year option terms.
