The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency/Missile and Space Intelligence Center (DIA/MSIC), Building 4545, Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5500, intends to issue a purchase order to Security Engineered Machinery Co., Inc., 5 Walkup Drive, Westborough, MA 01581. The order will be for preventive maintenance for the SEM Model 23/5 GVK Shredder. The services will be in accordance with the specifications listed in the attachment. The following FAR solicitation provisions are applicable: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commerical Items; and 52.219-27.
