This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposal being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The subject requirement is to be awarded in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.5 and FAR 12 procedures. The 635th Material Maintenance Group (MMG) at Holloman Air Force Base (AFB), New Mexico require a broad range of technical support to the Basic Expeditionary Airfield Resources (BEAR) Base Systems Support Flight (SSF) with BEAR Base system and equipment product enhancement, improvement, and integration functions. The BEAR is an Air Force recognized program and is a critical Agile Combat Support (ACS) capability. It provides vital equipment and supplies necessary to bed down and support combat forces at expeditionary sites with limited infrastructure and support facilities.
