DLA Troop Support is seeking to identify possible sources that can supply NSN: 4420-01-290-5043, Cooler, Fluid, Industrial. This NSN is currently sole sourced to BOYD CORPORATION (WOBURN) INC 11245 P/N 504043. DLA Troop Support is researching the possibility of a solicitation for the referenced item under a long-term contract, with an Annual Estimated Quantity of 22 EA. This Sources Sought Notice is issued for the purpose of market research only and the Government is in no way obligated to purchase any material as a result of this inquiry. DLA Troop Support Philadelphia anticipates issuing a solicitation via Request for Proposal for an Industrial Fluid Cooler under NSN 4420-01-290-5043. This particular NSN is sole sourced to Lytron Incorporated (11245) under part number 504043. This will be a one time procurement untilizing FAR 15 "Contracting by Negotiation". The anticipated issue date for this requirement is August 31, 2020. The Request for Proposal will be posted to DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). Adobe Acrobat is required in order to download the RFP from DIBBS. Due to COVID19 all proposals are required to be emailed to the acquisitions specialist.
