This announcement constitutes a SOURCES SOUGHT for information and planning purposes to identify qualified and experienced sources for an anticipated Firm Fixed Price (FFP) award to provide and deliver Viewing Port and Shore Service Port Door parts. This sources sought notice does not constitute as a Request for Quote (RFQ) nor does its issuance restrict the Government as to the ultimate decision of the acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse the contractor for any cost associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. If you do not have an approved DD2345, then follow the instructions on completion and submission of the required DD2345 (Attachment 2). A completed and approved DD2345 must be on file with JCP prior to receiving drawings. Once the DD2345 is approved, contractor must send a copy to MARMC’s Technical Library to receive copies of the drawings from the Technical Library. Responses to this Sources Sought shall include the following information in this format: Company name, address, point of contact name, phone number, fax number and email address. Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) Code. Business Size – Large Business, Small Business, Small Disadvantage, 8(a), Hubzone, Woman-owned and/or Veteran-owned. Only interested and capable parties should submit a written expression of their interest to Shannon Caldow at shannon.caldow@navy.mil by 10:00 A.M. EST on Thursday, September 3, 2020. Again, this is not a request for quotation. Respondents will not be notified of the results.
