The IDIQ contract provides delivery, rental and operator services for Base Support Vehicles and Equipment (BSVE) in the U.S. Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), JAPAN (U.S. Naval Installations in KANTO Plain). The requested ordering capacity increase will be used to support award of task orders for the projects outlined herein. The contingency amount requested will support necessary modifications to previously awarded task orders in the cornerstone of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(2), Unusual and compelling urgency. State of the Delivery and Rental Items - The Contractor shall be responsible to maintain and ensure the BSVE condition is fully operational during the time of delivery. The rental services includes Contractor delivering BSVE with a full tank of fuel to the designated site. The exception of this maintenance responsibility is when foul is caused by the Government operators. The equipment shall be provided to the Government with full tank of fuel. Any battery-powered type of equipment shall be provided with fully charged battery.
