This is a Request for Information (RFI) for market research to identify potential sources for a future Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the production of 3GEN FLIR Dewar Cooler Bench (DCB) assemblies. The government's goal is to foster competition and ensure a resilient industrial base for this critical component, with a future need for a production capability of 300+ units per year starting in Fiscal Year 2028. Performance of the resulting contract will be at Fort Belvoir, VA. Respondents must demonstrate a fully qualified DCB design or a credible plan to achieve one, address high-rate production strategies, and provide Rough Order of Magnitude pricing.
