This is a market research Request for Information (RFI) to identify potential sources for manufacturing and delivering Third Generation Forward Looking Infrared (3GEN FLIR) B-Kits, with a focus on innovative business models to reduce lifecycle costs and address component obsolescence. The work is intended to inform a future acquisition strategy for Low-Rate and Full-Rate Production. The performance location is Fort Belvoir, Virginia. Respondents must demonstrate a viable path to providing a fully qualified product, either as a manufacturer, a solution provider, or a second-source provider. All technical documentation is Distribution D restricted, requires a minimum SECRET clearance, and is only available to qualified U.S. DoD contractors, with foreign participation excluded.
