Garfield Joint Military Training center is seeking work to repair the multiple failed culverts along the southern portion of our perimeter road, as well as several large roadway culverts inside the post. These culverts and road way sections will be brought back to a functioning status allowing safe travel across Camp James A. Garfield and patrolling along the perimeter road. This project shall be completed in accordance with the standards and specifications provided by Camp James A. Garfield’s Department of Public Works. This solicitation is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses(SDVOSB). In the event adequate SDVOSB contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it may be advertised as unrestricted. Site Visit Information: Meet at CJAGMTC Building 1068 AUGUST 12 2021 AT 1330. Potential Contractors will be escorted to each of the Culvert locations. Bids will be opened at 1330 under the Solar Canopy. Bids must be in the attached bid format or bids may not be accepted.
