This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This Simplified Acquisition Quote Request for the Subject requirement is anticipated to be awarded on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR Part 13 procedures and the specific requirements outlined in this request with attachments. It is the intent of the 375th Contracting Squadron to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price contract to Sabanto, located at 4012 Phoenix Street, Ames, IA 50014. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. However, the Government reserves the right to make no award from this solicitation. As identified in the attachments, the offeror is required to submit two volumes in response to this solicitation*: Volume I - Technical Volume II - Price Quote to include Attachment 5 - Pricing Sheet *In addition to Volumes I and II, the offeror shall also complete and submit RFQ Attachments 3, 4, and 5.
